Saint-Gobain Abrasives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is announcing the acquisition of 25% shares in Kingshark New Material Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd.
Established in 2006 and based in Chongqing, China, Kingshark specializes in non-woven abrasives products, and is well recognized for its full and innovative offer, combined in solutions for polishing metal and other materials. Kingshark has been serving many fast-growing industrial markets.
By joining forces, Saint-Gobain Abrasives and Kingshark will accelerate their development by:
-?????providing extensive solutions, well differentiated and boosting performance and decarbonization for industrial customers across the Asia Pacific Region, by combining their know-how in non-woven abrasives, bonded abrasives, super abrasives, coated abrasives, thin wheels, adhesives, sealants and other components, with their advanced understanding of grinding and polishing applications.
